Required Senior Project Manager with Government Commercial Interiors.
Reports To:
* Partner-in-Charge or Studio Director.
Supervises:
* Assigned challenge personnel.
Knowledge/Skills:
* Demonstrates technical competence in architecture and/or indoors design.
* Must be U.S Citizen.
* Must have authorities business interiors experience.
* Government clearance preferred.
* LEED accreditation preferred.
* Ability to manipulate many initiatives and more than one task within projects simultaneously (projects may additionally be tremendously complex).
* Keen designsense and element oriented.
* Knowledgeable in Revit and other layout software.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent written and conversation with clients and staff.
* Understanding of assignment phases and sequencing.
* Thorough expertise of building codes, undertaking costs, and contracts.
* May have more accreditation/certifications/licenses that allow him/her to share his/her know-how with the studio.
Responsibilities:
* Performs duties in each of the 5 challenge phases: SD, DD, CDs, Bidding and Negotiation, and CA.
* Management, supervision, and coordination of the team of workers efforts and consultants on multiple initiatives of various size and scope.
* Effective planning, scheduling, and undertaking management of assigned initiatives from start to finish.
* Tracks and controls billable hours/budget on each contract.
* completes all contractual requirements on time and inside a budget, with a nice matching the OTJ values.
* Maintains excessive customer pride to in addition consumer relationships.
* Assists in marketing, enterprise development and collections efforts when needed.
* Requires little or no coaching and supervision by Studio Directors, Partners, and/or Managing Partner.
