Minimum qualifications:

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    * Five years of experience in software sales and strategic account management, with quotas, within a B2B software company.

Desired qualifications:

    * Seven years of experience in the sale of infrastructure software, databases, analysis or application tools, with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.

    * Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, including domestic sales representatives, sales engineers, partner sales managers, and external partners.

    * Excellent ability to leverage relationships with senior executives to sell cloud solutions.

    * Proven success in complex and large-scale commercial and legal negotiations, in collaboration with purchasing teams, legal departments, and activities of large companies.

    * Ability to work with the customer’s sales engineers and technical managers to inventory existing software fleets, define migration plans and create business cases for migrations.

Responsibilities:

    * Lead the account planning process for your territory in order to coordinate the resources of Google and our partners, with the objective of maximizing revenues, customer satisfaction, and our market share.

    * Generate constant business growth by managing the end-to-end sales cycle (including finding potential customers based on certain criteria, forecasting, concluding new transactions, as well as managing your business volume).

    * Establish and deepen relationships with client leaders. Influence the long-term orientation of our strategies and act as a commercial partner.

    * Negotiate and manage complex sales cycles from start to finish.
